Food Network Wine and Food Festival

Day 1 - 10/10/2018

  • Arrive in Newark and ride to NYC

  • Check in to the Hilton Conrad New York Midtown

  • Angelo's Pizza

  • Times Square

Day 2 - 10/11/2018

  • Today Show - It was "World Girl Day", so we saw guests Michelle Obama and Cardi B, on the plaza

  • Made a quick exit to a great Irish pub Sean's Bar and Kitchen for breakfast

  • Tour of 30-Rock architecture and art

  • Dinner at a Cote Korean Steak House, hosted by Andrew Zimmerman and David Shim

Day 3 - 10/12/2018

  • Top Of The Rock

  • Made it back to Sean's, because we were close by and it was great

  • Attended a food tasting at The Standard Biergarten, but it was crowded so we left and hung out at The Brass Monkey

Day 4 - 10/13/2018

  • Morning walk and found a street fair on Broadway

  • Steak and Bourbon tasting at STK Downtown

  • Food Network's 25th birthday celebration - chance to meet the Food Network stars

Day 4 - 10/13/2018

  • Food Network Grand Tasting

  • Sushi Class with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto at his NYC restaurant

  • Strool through Chelsea Market

  • Quick stop at McKenna's Pub

  • Subway back to hotel and a nice warm dinner of stew and bisque
